Video Poker - Double Barrel Bonus

This is a five card draw poker game with one drop and no wild cards. Double Double Bank features a special payout schedule for four of a kinds and four of a kinds with a kicker (i.e. a five of a kind). Like Jacks or Better video poker, Double Double Bank starts paying on hands ranked a pair of jacks or better. This changes the incentive for playing out a certain singles and pairs.

For example, both aces and kings have the potential to create a winning pair, as they do in Jacks or Better. In Double Barrel Bonus, however, the incentive to hold an ace over a king is higher because 4 aces have a higher payout than 4 kings. Because making calls on marginal hands is a little trickier in Double Double Bank, this game is a favorite of poker enthusiasts.
